B2B
Large-scale equipment for spas, gyms, and hotels in Tangerang
We equip spa centers, gyms, sports clubs, and hotels in Tangerang with large-scale equipment: commercial saunas, steam rooms, cold plunges, and hydrotherapy jacuzzis — from zone design to handover with trained staff. Equipment supply follows the project, from Rp 100 million; a full wellness zone starts at Rp 250 million; 4–8 weeks of work with a written cost estimate.
Commercial equipment is a different class, not a different size
A home sauna runs 3–5 hours a week; a gym sauna in Gading Serpong runs 12 hours a day, every day. A duty cycle like that demands a commercial-grade stove with layered thermal protection, ventilation calculated for dozens of people, benches and flooring that withstand public use, and a control panel that can be locked away from guests. We use commercial-grade Harvia, Sawo, and Tylo stoves — with spare parts available in Indonesia, because a spa closed for a week waiting on parts is a real loss.

What we build
- Commercial saunas — cabins for 6–20 people, from Rp 150 million. Includes ventilation, lighting, and a public-standard stove guard.
- Commercial steam rooms — full waterproofing, mosaic tiling, a 6–9 kW steam generator or larger, a sloped drip-free ceiling.
- Commercial cold plunges — high-capacity chiller, filtration + ozone/UV for dozens of users a day.
- Hydrotherapy jacuzzis — commercial units with pool-grade filtration and a stable temperature across opening hours.
- Turnkey wellness zone — sauna + plunge + jacuzzi in one design, one cost estimate, one warranty. From Rp 250 million.
- Accessories and fittings — buckets, ladles, stove stones, thermometers, hourglasses: Rp 1.5–8 million per set.
Commercial electricals: budget from the start, not after the units arrive
A single 9–12 kW commercial stove, a 9 kW steam generator, a large chiller, and a jacuzzi all running at once — a load like this often calls for a 3-phase supply. In older shophouses and buildings along the Karawaci–Cikokol corridor, the existing panel is usually not ready; we calculate the load at the design stage and help with the PLN capacity upgrade, so the electrical cost is in the estimate from the start — not a surprise mid-project. The basis of the calculation is the same as in the article a sauna's electrical needs, multiplied to commercial scale.
Who we work for
The pattern we've seen over the past three years in Tangerang: gyms and recovery studios in BSD and Alam Sutera adding a cold plunge as a paid service; family spas in Gading Serpong upgrading an old steam room; hotels near Soekarno–Hatta airport rounding out their fitness facilities for transit guests. The scheme is usually similar — wellness facilities lengthen visits and justify higher membership prices — but the business figures we leave to you; our job is to make sure the equipment is reliable and the cost is clear.
The B2B process
- Discuss your needs over WhatsApp — photos and a floor plan of your space.
- A free visualization from your photos, plus a preliminary assessment of the space, electricals, water, and goods access.
- A proposed zone layout + equipment specifications.
- A written itemized cost estimate — one you can compare against other vendors.
- A PT PMA contract, 50% deposit, 4–8 weeks of work; final measurements are taken at the start of work.
- Commissioning, staff training, handover.
- A 2-year construction warranty + a periodic service contract on request.
