Yes. A 2-year construction warranty from us, plus a 1–2 year manufacturer warranty on the heater (Harvia, Sawo, Tylo). Handover always includes a heat-up test together.

Ideally during the initial renovation or fit-out, before you move in: the heater circuit goes in alongside the other electrical work, waterproofing and tiling are done once, and the dust never bothers anyone. It still works fine in a lived-in home — free-standing cabins and infrared units involve almost no wet work. The difference is how tidy the process is, not the end result.

Usually it is not a special sauna permit — it is the cluster’s standard renovation procedure: notifying the schedule, keeping to working hours, and arranging contractor access. A sauna cabin does not change the facade or touch the structure, so it is typically treated like any interior work. The paperwork estates tend to ask for — unit specifications and the electrical load — we prepare, then follow whatever rules apply in your cluster.
